What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is free for all domestic orders. For any order below the applicable threshold, a fixed shipping cost will apply.
General shipping policy
We deliver to all postal addresses across India. Customers are requested to provide a detailed address including pin code or zip code. Our courier agents collect signature confirmation upon delivery.
How can I track my order/shipment?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking details, including the tracking number and link. You can also check order status by logging into your account on the website. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to become active.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
You can request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at: sales@suvanya.com Once the order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
What happens if the delivery address is incorrect?
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Incorrect addresses may result in non-delivery. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If reshipping is required, extra shipping charges may apply.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email and SMS with the estimated delivery time. Delivery time may vary based on item availability, distance, and other factors. For orders with multiple products, items may be shipped together or separately.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We strive to deliver within the estimated time. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please contact us at sales@suvanya.com and we will assist you.
Are there any extra taxes applied to my order? (VAT and Custom Duties)
Customers are responsible for any VAT or customs duties levied by the country. We do not control or cover such charges.
What is the shipping address and billing address?
The billing address is where you receive your bill. The shipping address is where your order is delivered. You can select a preferred delivery date and request gift wrapping for special occasions.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by calling us or emailing. Once payment is done, delivery processing begins. Cancellations before shipping will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
