Cancellation Policy of Suvanyaa
The order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the customer has not opted for any customization of the product.
A refund equivalent to the purchase price less banking charges will be refunded to the provided bank account.
Refunds typically take 3-5 days to process after initiation, depending on the bank.

Return Policy of Suvanyaa
Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, customers must send an email to sales@suvanya.com with the order ID, bank account details, and reason for return. Returns requested through other means such as messages, calls, or social media will not be considered.

Once the product is received, a quality check will be conducted. Only products in a saleable condition will be accepted for return.
The refund, minus banking charges, will be credited to the provided bank account within 3-5 days of initiation.
Returned products must be unused, with original bill and tags intact. Returns are accepted only online and not in offline stores.
Customized products (e.g., fall pico or tassels) are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy of Suvanyaa
Exchanges are allowed if the product does not meet customer expectations and no customization was requested.
You may exchange for another product on the website of equal or higher value.
Exchanges are processed online only, not at offline stores.
Requests for exchange must be emailed to sales@suvanya.com within 5 days of delivery.
A reverse pickup will be arranged by the company to collect the original product.
The product to be exchanged must be in original, unused condition with the original bill, tags, and packaging intact. Because products are handwoven and delicate, any damage may lead to cancellation of the exchange request.
After exchange completion, you may place a new order for the same or different product of equal or higher value.

If you receive a package that appears tampered, please do not accept or open it. Follow the return process as described above to return the product.
